What is LUCK-LOGI?

A service that handles packing and shipping for online sellers. From import resale to domestic online retail, we take on the whole sequence — receiving your purchases, short-term storage, packing and shipping — at the warehouse of our Tokyo head office.

Receiving

Your suppliers ship directly to our Tokyo warehouse. We receive even when you are away.

Goods are checked in on the day they arrive and stored free of charge for up to 7 days.

Simple inspection, labeling, invoice removal and masking of other names are free on every plan.

We handle domestic shipping for Amazon, BUYMA, Mercari, your own online store and more. From 1,980 yen a month + 480 yen per shipment, including large items of size 170–260 and up to 50 kg.

Receiving overseas purchases in Japan

Overseas supplier → Tokyo → each store

Goods you buy overseas are consolidated with other customers' parcels at our overseas hub, received in Tokyo and split out by store. Costs are shared by weight, so the smaller and cheaper the item, the lower your international shipping. No extra fee.

Global → Japan FBA inbound

Overseas seller → Tokyo → Amazon.co.jp FBA

We receive shipments from overseas manufacturers and sellers in Tokyo, act as your Attorney for Customs Procedures (ACP) in Japan, and deliver to Amazon Japan FBA warehouses. A one-stop service with the importer included — possible because we are a trading company.
